The Difference Between Rich Authors And Poor Authors

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 11:24 pm on Sunday, November 30, 2008

There’s a real difference between what rich authors do and what poor authors do, and the difference has nothing to do with their writing ability.

How many times have you read a poorly written book and then wondered why it was a best seller, only to then read a really well written book that languished in anonymity. No one had ever heard of it and it had sold only a handful of copies.

It’s not the writing, it’s not the cover art, it’s not the author’s sincerity or the accuracy of the information. It really has little to do with the publisher, the distributor or the bookstore.

But it has everything to do with the author.

There is no such thing as a best selling book. There is only a best selling author. It is the author that makes the book a best seller and only through the author’s efforts will the book see the light of the best-seller’s list, or bring the author the kind of riches that dreams and writing careers are made of.

Yes there are exceptions. Yes there are books that gain stellar levels of success without the author putting fort much effort. But that’s only because someone else, directly or indirectly, is doing the work for the best selling author.

You the author must promote your book relentlessly. You’ve got to get on those talk radio shows, those television programs, talk to the columnists, the media folk, the book reviewers, and make them aware of what your book is and, more importantly, what it can mean to those who will read it.

Won’t the publisher do this for you? Aren’t they in charge of marketing and publicity? Yep, but they’ve got quite a few books and only a few resources. They also know that it’s much easier to promote a book that is already taking off. So that’s where they’ll spend those resources, so they get the biggest bank for their buck.

If you’re self publishing, then everything is on your shoulders (but that’s the way you should approach it regardless of how you publish your book). Become an unabashedly enthusiastic promoter of your book.

It’s not difficult. The most important quality is enthusiasm. Remember that your book is important. Important not to you, but to the tens of thousands (or more) people out there who could benefit from the information, the ideas, the entertainment, and the shear pleasure that your book contains.

Start realizing you’d be doing a real disservice to everyone if you didn’t do everything possible to get copies into as many hands as possible. If this means spending your own money, and you have some to spare, then you should spend it. If you’ve received an advance from the publisher, think about spending part of it for your own publicity efforts (even if you book isn’t self published).

So often I hear from authors who tell me they’re on a tour ‘flogging’ their book. If that’s really the way they feel, why did they write the book in the first place? Don’t they want as many people as possible to be enriched by the content of their book. Don’t they think the price on the cover, whatever it is, is a bargain when you consider what you get in return? They better start thinking that way. Because if they don’t they’ll be sending copies as Christmas gifts for years to come and the whole publishing experience will be something they’d rather forget.

That’s the difference between rich authors and poor authors. There’s no such thing as a best selling book, only a best-selling author.

Steve Manning is a master writer showing thousands of people how they can write their book faster than they ever thought possible. Here’s your free Special Report, www.WriteABookNow.com/main.html http://www.WriteABookNow.com/main.html .

Boxer - The Facts Every Owner Of This Dog Breed Should Know

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 2:54 pm on Sunday, November 30, 2008

A German breed descending from mastiffs, the Boxer was originally bred for the purpose of hunting. The first Boxers were bred to be fierce but these traits are not seen today. Boxers today tend to be gentle, loving and energetic dogs. They are stocky dogs of a medium size. Male Boxers will grow to an average height of 22 to 25 inches and weight of 60 to 70 pounds. Females Boxers will reach an average height of 21 to 24 inches and weight of 53 to 65 pounds. Boxers have an average life span of 11 to 14 years. Their coats are smooth and shorthaired, making Boxers easy to groom. In fact, Boxers tend to be ‘clean freaks’ and will clean themselves regularly. Generally, Boxer coats come in only two colors: brindle and fawn.

Some Boxers have white markings on them, known as flash, which can extend all over making them appear white. Boxers have short muzzles and their lower jaws extend past their upper ones. This gives them a very secure bite, something useful when they were hunting. Boxers are considered highly intelligent and easy to train. However, they can be independent thinkers and this can make them stubborn and sneaky. Though energetic they are gentle with children and other animals (if properly socialized) and make an excellent family pet.

They enjoy playing with children and will protect its family when a stranger approaches. Once introduced to the stranger, though, he will become a friend and the Boxer will greet him with enthusiasm in the future. Boxers are energetic dogs that love to run, jump, fetch and play so once daily exercise at a minimum is required. Boxers tend to be fairly active indoors and may become destructive if not given time to ‘burn off some steam.’ A well fenced in yard (if off leash) is also a must. Boxers are prone to many medical problems. Due to their short snouts, they tend to snore and drool, and have difficulty regulating their body temperature, making it difficult for them to live in locations where temperature extremes are common.

Boxers are also more likely to develop cardiomyopathy, sub-aortic stenosis, and hip dysplasia. Some Boxers are prone to epilepsy, and from age eight on they are more likely to get tumors than other breeds. They tend to have allergies and some Boxers may have excessive flatulence. Some white Boxers are prone to deafness. Boxers may also develop corneal dystrophy or Demodectic mange and some are prone to bloat. torsion (bloat) and if they do not get enough exercise will quickly become obese, leading to other health problems.

There is a website that has great information on Boxers and most other breeds of dogs. It has details that pertain to a dog breeds health, grooming, living conditions, best food choices and more, the website is called: Dog And Cat Facts, and can be found at this url:

Airline Cards - To Own or Not to Own?

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 11:07 am on Sunday, November 30, 2008

Everyone’s needs are different depending on their various lifestyles and living patterns. Therefore choosing an airline card from the various airline cards available will depend on your choice entirely. Eventually, it’s up to you as to how hard your airlines credit card will work for you. But by reading these simple tips, and asking these questions, you can definitely wedge out a few more benefits out of your airlines credit card.

What is an Airlines Credit Card Anyway?

With an airlines credit card, one can earn credits or points whenever one uses the airlines credit card. After a certain number of “points” have been accumulated from purchases made on the card, cardholders can redeem points for airline travel, just the way one might utilize frequent flyer miles.

Be sure to know how many points you need to accumulate on your airlines credit card so as to qualify for free air travel. It’s also vital to know when these points will expire if not put to use within a certain amount of time. Since most of the top airlines credit card reward programs are typically quite costly for credit card companies, any airlines credit card will usually come with an annual fee and will also have higher corresponding interest rates than other credit cards.

How Do I Select the Best Airline Card?

The first step in determining which airline card to select is to know which airline you frequent the most. If you have an airline preference for most of your trips, find out if the same airline has an airline card.

Another thing to analyze would be the frequency of your flying. If you fly once every few years or so, you are least likely to benefit from an airline card. If, however, you fly often, you might want to consider owning an airline card. However, there is a catch involved in this as well. Many airline cards place restrictions on the number of points that can be earned in a year. So, if you are not able to utilize points before they expire, owning an airline card would be futile.

As we’ve already mentioned, any airline card will have an annual fees attached to it besides having higher corresponding interest rates than a non-airline card, so watch out for that as well.

Getting the Best Out of Airline Cards

To get the best out of your airline cards, use them carefully. For instance, take a little amount off your monthly budget each month towards paying the balance on the airline cards and make sure that you are only spending that amount. Otherwise, you are most likely to end up paying quite a tidy sum as finance charges can add up from the high interest rates typically associated with airline cards.

Another way to maximize the utility of your airline cards is to choose your purchases through the airline cards very cautiously. Quite a number of times, even though you will get points for every purchase made with the airline cards, there will be additional points for specific purchases. The beauty of airline cards lies in utilizing them for the purchases that count while using other credit cards for those that do not.Everyone’s needs are different depending on their various lifestyles and living patterns. Integrating Microsoft Dynamics GP Project Accounting

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 8:41 pm on Saturday, November 29, 2008

Microsoft Great Plains ERP implementation as general trend in MRP system is becoming the subject for tighter integration with other corporate computer systems: CRM, Custom Databases, Point of Sales, etc. Let’s take a look at typical Project Accounting module integration scenarios. We will follow GP architecture guidelines and will be feeding in so-called Master records: Contracts, Projects, Customers, Employees and so-called work transaction tables: Timesheets, Employee Expenses. We discourage you to insert records into so-called Open and Historical tables, as GP posting logic is complicated and it depends heavily on the GP settings: Customer Classes, Posting Accounts, PA Module Settings to name a few.

? Timesheets. This is the most popular table for integration. Let’s assume that you are placement agency and you have your customer contracts and projects in Great Plains Project Accounting - but they originate in your industry CRM system, where you track your temps skills, certifications, experience, working records as well as your customers with their placement requests. GP Project Accounting is integrated directly with your GL and you have Project budgeting, cost categories, billing schedules in it as well - this allows you to bill your customers in PA Billing. Timesheets in the entry point in Project Accounting and you feed timesheet records from your CRM

? Contracts & Projects. These master records are in the following tables: PA01101 and PA01201. Consider feeding records into these tables, as you may have new projects in your CRM since the last integration run. Please, also check Contract/Project related tables - Billing schedules, Project Account Segments, Segments Overrides.

? Integration Technology. You should use SQL stored procedures to insert records into Projects, Contracts, Timesheets, Employee Expenses tables. GP Integration Managers capabilities are limited, you should check the IM options for your GP version: 6.0, 7.5, 8.0, 9.0 or 10.0

? Microsoft Dexterity Posting Server. Alba Spectrum offers Autoposting server, utilizing GP Dexterity source code engine to post automatically GP batches.

Curb Your Enthusiasm (Season 2) DVD Review

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 5:07 pm on Saturday, November 29, 2008

Nominated for 20 Emmys and winner of a Golden Globe for Best Television Series (Musical or Comedy), Curb Your Enthusiasm is one of the more clever and hilarious shows on TV. The HBO original series is the brainchild of Seinfeld co-creator and writer Larry David, whose life maintains a peculiar resemblance to the quasi-fictional George Costanza. And just like George Costanza and his neurotically-low self-esteem (i.e. God doesn’t want me to be successful), Curb Your Enthusiasm propagates a Murphy’s Law theme of what can go wrong will go wrong . It’s a true-to-life reality show about nothing in which every episode is certain to cause comedy connoisseurs everywhere to tremble in enthusiastic anticipation…

Curb Your Enthusiasm centers around the actual life of Larry David - post-Seinfeld and living the high life in Los Angeles. Just like Larry’s other successful TV venture, the show doesn’t focus entirely on plot, instead following the mundane and routine adventures of a famous Hollywood insider. And just like his alter-ego George Constanza, Larry often witnesses simple acts and gestures on his part snowball into a series of misunderstandings and embarrassing situations. Accompanying Larry on his daily adventures are his wife Cheryl (Cheryl Hines) and his manager Jeff Greene (Jeff Garlin) as well as a host of Hollywood and Broadway celebrities who make regular guest appearances… Blurring the line between fiction and reality, Curb Your Enthusiasm is the perfect sequel to Seinfeld. In a nutshell, it’s a glimpse of what would’ve been had Jerry and George’s pilot been picked up by NBC (which ultimately raises the question - who wouldn’t love a show about a man sentenced to be another man’s butler?)…

The Curb Your Enthusiasm (Season 2) DVD features a number of hilarious episodes including the season premiere The Car Salesman in which Larry shocks his friends and family by deciding to take on a job as a car salesman. Meanwhile, Cheryl and Larry purchase a seaside holiday home from Jason Alexander’s agent only to learn that the abode comes with its own disturbing house sound, and Larry contemplates launching a new TV series with Jason chronicling the life of an unemployed typecast actor… Other notable episodes from Season 2 include The Shrimp Incident in which Larry comes to believe that an HBO executive stole some shrimp from his Chinese takeout order, and Shaq in which Larry earns the wrath of L.A. when he inadvertently trips Shaquille O’Neal at a Lakers game…

Below is a list of episodes included on the Curb Your Enthusiasm (Season 2) DVD:

Episode 11 (The Car Salesman) Air Date: 09-23-2001
Episode 12 (Thor) Air Date: 09-30-2001
Episode 13 (Trick or Treat) Air Date: 10-07-2001
Episode 14 (The Shrimp Incident) Air Date: 10-14-2001
Episode 15 (The Thong) Air Date: 10-21-2001
Episode 16 (The Acupuncturist) Air Date: 10-28-2001
Episode 17 (The Doll) Air Date: 11-04-2001
Episode 18 (Shaq) Air Date: 11-11-2001
Episode 19 (The Baptism) Air Date: 11-18-2001
Episode 20 (The Massage) Air Date: 11-25-2001

How Families Can Pave The Way To Success

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 4:18 am on Saturday, November 29, 2008

If a hurricane swept your home away, would your family know how to survive? Would you be self-sufficient? Self-sufficiency comes from sharing many active family pursuits.

A research doctor asked me to prepare equipment for him requiring needlework because I always had servants to do that for me, so I don’t know how to thread a needle.

We were filling in a form when I was asked if I was pregnant (I’m a man) and I replied that as I watched people in the city there were more pregnant men than women. They must have no activities.

Kid Pursuits

Man is better than the other animals because of his brain. If we don’t use our brains we lose our superiority. Healthy kids love a constant round of activities because it stimulates that human brain. Each new pursuit will build new skills and ways of thinking.

If you spend all your time in front of the TV the kids will have to find projects of their own. Many kids now spend hours playing computer games each day. What manual skills are they building? How to push some buttons!

Systematic Kid Pursuits

Plan long-term projects including preparing for a vacation, so that the family can experience budgeting, arts and crafts, gardening, cooking, keeping and butchering animals or just fishing and cleaning the fish. Don’t let your family pursuits be so few and uneducational that your children could end up dieing within sight of food and water because they don’t know how to unzip a banana, or clarify a mud puddle.

How can your family become more versatile? Practice learning new things. The more you learn the faster you can learn, and the more options you will have in an emergency.

Our research was brought to a standstill by a frozen water-pipe. The rules said that the gardener had to dig up the pipe then the plumber had to fix the pipe. But the gardener was on holiday. So the boss and I dug a trench to uncover the pipe, replaced the broken section, and covered everything up again, even shovelling snow back on top for extra insulation. Neither of the trade unions ever knew that we had avoided a two-week delay by doing their work ourselves.

Even your maths will improve. If the recipe serves eight, and there are three of you, how do you work out how much to use where the recipe says two tablespoons? If you are papering a wall and need half-sheets in several places how do you work out the total number of rolls that you will need? How do you work out the number of seeds to plant in the garden, bearing in mind how many people will eat the produce and how much they will eat, and the germination rate of the seeds?

Products of the kids construction will have to be proudly displayed. They may not have craftsman finish and flair, but each project represents another ability that might be needed one day. It doesn’t matter if pottery is distorted if it carries water to avoid dieing of thirst.

And yes(!) boys need to learn to cook and sew. If they go to college and they can’t cook their health will probably deteriorate. If they allowed a friend to bleed to death out in the bush because they couldn’t thread a needle to sew them up imagine how they would feel.

A young lady might just have to stand and look helpless to get the boys clustering round to fix her car, do the gardening, clean the gutters, kill the hens, fix the door lock etc. but if she doesn’t know how to do it herself, will she have as many helpers when she is 50 years old?

Conclusion

Vegetating before a TV is OK until civilization changes, perhaps tomorrow. If global warming floods coastal cities what would your family do?

Ian McAllister

Avail Advantageous Deal with Homeowner Personal Loan

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 1:16 am on Saturday, November 29, 2008

Homeowner personal loan can serve you in many ways if you are a homeowner. In simple terms your home will enable you to get finance on cheap rates. Now, you can fulfill all personal or business desires by availing homeowner personal loans.

In homeowner personal loans the lender asks for collateral against the amount. And more the equity in your house, more the amount you can borrow and with low rate of interest.

It offers low rate of interest as the collateral makes the lender feels secure against the non payment of the loan amount. If anyhow, the person fails to meet the payment of installment of loan in such case the lender will seize the asset in order to realize his amount. This can be also considered as one drawback of homeowner personal loan. So, before deciding to avail homeowner personal loan make sure that you can afford all the repayments of loan.

Homeowner personal loan is also known by name secured personal loan. If we compare secured and unsecured form of personal loan the secured form is more advantageous as it offers low cost and flexible repayment period. But, for availing the cheap and best homeowner personal loan deal the person is also required to scrutinize the market.

Almost all the banks, financial institutions and building society offers homeowner personal loan as per the convenience of the borrower. The person has also option to apply through online method. Online offers convenience in terms of cost, effort and time. Applying through online can save lots of money which can be further used to satisfy needs of a person.

The person with less than perfect credit score can also apply for homeowner personal loan. It is possible that they are offered with little high rate of interest as compared to the perfect credit scorer. It can also be considered as an opportunity for bad credit scorers to improve their credit score which will help them to avail loan in future with low rate of interest.

The person must always make an attempt to avail homeowner personal loan with lower annual percentage rate. Annual percentage rate can be defined as the sum of interest and cost of the loan deal.

Repayment period may vary from 5 years to 25 years. It is desirable that the person should not go for the first offer itself rather he must first compare certain offers in regard to his needs and then only should go for homeowner personal loan. The person must also clarify each cost of the loan deal.

How to buy a Boat ?

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 6:46 am on Friday, November 28, 2008

If you are planning to buy a boat then there are many things you must consider before actually buying a boat. First of all, you must understand your needs. You have to decide which type of boat suits you the best. The type of water you will be boating on and the climate are other important considerations. Small, sheltered bodies of water don’t require a boat with as much freeboard and dead rise as those used on larger bodies of water where you will encounter bigger waves and rougher conditions.

In a colder climate, the boating season is relatively short. To prolong it you may want a boat that offers more protection from the elements. In warmer climates an open boat with a Bimini top for shade may be the better choice. Once you have decided which is the best then comes the next part, should you go for a Used Boat or New Boat. Used boats can be much cheaper and may come with many accessories, but there may be some extra expenses to be done for minor repairs and upgrades. A used boat also has a proven performance and reliability track record that can be researched. On the other hand, a new boat comes with a full warranty. After this you come to the next part, from where should you buy? the best answer is Boat shows and that too during the closing season.

As You can use your bargaining skill to the most. It is always good to do a background check of your favorite boat in advance, through your friends, internet researching, Manufactures website etc. If you have decided to opt for a used boat then it is better to Coast Guard and ask for information about manufacturers’ recalls for that particular model. If a recall has been issued, ask the owner if the repair has been performed. If not, find out if the period of recall is still in effect. One important tip is to check the seller’s proof of ownership. If the price is a steal, the boat may very well be stolen. So

1. check the necessary documents, and if they can’t be produced.

2. You can also inspect the boat and it’s Engine for the following:

3. Oil Leaks

4. Are there signs of lubricant leakage around gaskets, freeze plugs and hoses?

5. Are the hoses, belts and fittings cracked or brittle?

6. Pull a spark plug and see if it appears relatively new, or burnt and poorly gapped. (This will provide an indication of how well serviced the engine is.)

7. Is there a white chalky residue on the engine or drive? (This may indicate that it has been running hot.)

8. Check the engine’s oil condition and level. (If the oil looks milky, water may have entered, indicating the possibility of serious mechanical problems.)

9. Check gear case oil.

10. Are the sacrificial anodes on the drive in good shape, or should they have been replaced long ago?

11.Are there signs that the drive, rudder or propellers have hit submerged items?

12. Look for signs of cavitations damage on the propellers, which is indicative of poor performance.

13. Check for broken engine mounts.

14. Compression checks the engine

Martial Arts Book Review: Pool Cues, Beer Bottles, and Baseball Bats by Marc Animal MacYoung

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 3:56 am on Friday, November 28, 2008

Being the author of several books on the martial arts and fighting, I am always looking for books of exceptional quality to add to my library. If I have a book in my library, it’s definitely worth owning. One such book is Marc “Animal” MacYoung’s, Pool Cues, Beer Bottles, and Baseball Bats.

As you may well know from my previous reviews of Marc’s books, one of the things that I absolutely love about his style of writing, is his no-holds barred direct approach to getting his point across. There is never any sugarcoating or politically correct terminology is his books. He simply tells it like it is, whether you like it or not. Marc’s method of writing reminds me of the comical rants of George Carlin. You may be offended by what he says, but by golly it’s the truth. And yes, sometimes the truth hurts.

Once again, Marc gives you a no-holds barred look at the reality of fighting and surviving on the street. This book focuses on the most common types of weapons you are likely to encounter during an altercation on the street. For the most part, Marc leaves out the two most common ones, guns and knives. The reason for this is because these two are deserving of book all of their own. One of which I know Marc has addressed, as that particular book is on my “To Do” list.

In the preface, Marc discusses the intent of his book, which is for you the reader to use the knowledge contained within to keep yourself safe and out of trouble. It is not intended nor implied for you to go out and start causing it. As I was making notes to do this review, it occurred to me that what Marc and others like him are trying to teach you is similar to what the late Steve “The Crocodile Hunter” Irwin was trying to teach all of us that watched him work with animals.

First, that these are wild animals (violent and unpredictable individuals) and need to be treated with respect. Secondly, if you know the “ins and outs” (what to look for when dealing with this type of person) of the animal, then you will be able to identify and avoid a possible dangerous confrontation.

This last part is strictly Marc’s and others like him, and is not Irwin’s by any stretch of the imagination.

And finally, when unable to avoid a confrontation, what options you have to inflict as much damage upon your opponent as you can while sustaining minimal damage to yourself.

In the first chapter, Marc talks about the vital importance of awareness not only of your surroundings, but also of yourself. He teaches you some of the subtle and not-so-subtle cues that people tend to give off when preparing to attack. He also goes into patterns of trouble, which are a series of events that seem to always follow one after another on a one way course to trouble. With you usually right in the middle of it. One of the ways to avoid these things is to be aware of it. Hence, the lesson to be learned in this section, taking the time to work on your awareness.

The next chapter deals with long range weapons you are likely to encounter. Things such as pool cues, staffs or poles, shovels, etc. The remaining chapters in this book are broken down into various sections that focus on a wide variety of weapons, such as swords, sticks. Marc also goes into quite a bit of detail on impact weapons such as; wrist pins, brass knuckles, rings, saps, etc. Marc even has a chapter dealing with flexible weapons such as chains and ropes. As with all of his books, and this one is no exception, Marc gives you a real good understanding of the principles behind the techniques that he discusses and demonstrates in his books.

Marc’s final chapter in this book deals with diversions and distractions that you are likely to encounter during a street altercation. Some of them are obvious, while others are not so obvious. As Marc is fond of saying (and completely right) awareness is the key to survival. Buy Marc’s books, read them, study them, learn from them, and then use that knowledge to stay safe and live longer. The Family Love Teacher Empowers Singles Not to Rely on Their Memory Alone

Filed under: Uncategorized — koraysblog9150 at 12:05 pm on Thursday, November 27, 2008

Singles today have a new decision-making tool that can help them to make the right decisions the first time. This new step-by-step tool gives the single person instant feedback, and helps them to prevent a mismatch. Singles now do not need to rely on their memory alone, or waste time loving and marrying the wrong person, and then divorcing later.

The Family Love Teacher is very disturbed with the heartlessness in today’s domestic violence cases. He is therefore dedicating July and August 2007 to help the smart Singles who wish to learn how to make the right decisions the first time. He says he does not want to see any one else repeating these painful marital mistakes.

He says that there is simply too much information to process during the dating phase. He says that just as one cannot accurately remember all their income and expenditures in their head without a register, it is equally difficult to choose a husband or wife without a decision-making tool revealing to them the great opportunities and hidden risks involved in the process. With or without a prenup, the Family Love Teacher says that relying on the memory alone and choosing a lover basing on a 50/50 guess with a plan to divorce is not a smart strategy.

The Family Love Teacher is now appealing to all the Singles to learn this missing wisdom for dating and relationship success. He wants every Single to shorten their learning curve. For the Singles who sincerely want to make the right decisions the first time, he wants them to learn the following:

1. The existence of a clear path that leads to a successful and lasting marriage.

2. How to use a new decision-making tool, the “10-Step Smart Lover’s Model” that empowers the Singles to foresee their marital future. This new step-by-step tool gives the Singles instant feedback, and helps them to prevent a mismatch with an impostor who is going to pretend, divorce, and later ruin their quality of love life. This dating tool helps the Singles to avoid costly marital mistakes.

3. How to use the “Smart Lover’s Exit Strategy Flow Chart” as an additional tool that helps the Singles to foresee and manage the risks and uncertainties in choosing their lifetime love. This dating tool helps them to avoid the pitfalls in relationship building.

4. How marriage is all predictable. The Family Love Teacher shares the results of this 4-year study to expand their mind with life-enriching knowledge they will use their whole life long.

5. The indispensable dating knowledge, timeless principles, and life’s instructions he says that one can not get along without, if their goal is to build a rich and fulfilling love relationship.

The Family Love Teacher insists that this is the critical knowledge that spells the difference between a successful love relationship and a failed one. For the Singles who are seriously interested in taking the guesswork out of dating, he has put the answers they need on a new audio book titled, “How to Choose Your True Lifetime Lover”.
